The future is frightening for those who don't want to take action and want to live the same way as they have lived yesterday. They live on leftovers of life for the rest of their lives and do not get to taste the new foods and wealth and joy that beckons them, that waits for them.

Navigating the Future™ in today's world is to create change in our lives to build our lives to become stronger both economically emotionally and socially.

Navigating the Future™ in today's world will fertilize the cultural roots of the individual members of the community. Much of the strength of the Nation is in the cultural growth while tradition stays solid as a rock and it belongs as the exclusive domain of the elders not to be tampered with.

The strength of the Nation is the sum total strength of the individuals of the nation.
 
Navigating the Future™ is the Initiative to Awaken the individual to his own powers and brings them to the threshold of possibilities that the world presents them today. Then it inspires them to realize that they have the strength to embrace those possibilities. They begin to believe that they can handle the future by mastering their future.

The future will be in their command. And their thoughts and their dreams will shape their lives. No longer will the past haunt them. No longer will they be shackled to their limitations.

They will truly see themselves and will believe in themselves to embrace the future with gladness. They will build a vision for themselves, their family, and then have a shared vision of their community and their nation.

Releasing themselves from the shackles of the past by entering the spirit of life as their ancestors had lived they will ask to be shown the way to build: they will want to build. Then only the tools of building a career or an enterprise can be of any value to them.

Without this mindset any teachings, any classes, any instructions will be pleasant theory, will be a probability but never a possibility.

Navigating the Future™ is for everyone. It is a program for the heart to awaken, inspire and build. It will create the mindset that is necessary to build a career or an enterprise or choose a line of education and build tenacity which are absolutely essential for success.

All the best programs in the world both for career building and business building programs are useless without the candidate being prepared to absorb it: digest it and develop the stomach strong enough to face the odds that may be stacked up against them in the future.

Without a program of this magnitude for preparing the mindset, an individual will be a perpetual watcher or a witness living in resigned hopelessness seeing success pass them by.

Navigating the Future™ brings hope, builds strength of the mind and belief that an individual has full control over their own lives both whether there be visible opportunities or not. They will see beyond the horizon and see joy and success, a happy life which they rightfully deserve.

Navigating the Future™ will create the individual mindset to build a career beyond the band office and build a business from the community with global reach.

Navigating the Future™ is like adding two oars to the canoe of life to take us to our destination and the canoe being totally under our control. Right now most of the people in the world are floating in the canoe of sustenance without the oars.

At the end of the workshop we will offer aftercare programs for business building and career building online and offline. It is a continuous process as life is a continuous process.
